We have so much in this country that we enjoy every day without much concern
about how we achieved that freedom and security. It is only through the
contributions and sacrifices of others that we have what we take for
granted. All of us, young and old, need to be reminded of those patriots of
the past, those who fought and died, those who gave of themselves so others
might live on. This book illustrates the necessity of patriotism.

Your book caused me to be more grateful for
my mentors and our military.
I sent books to a mentor from my youth—in appreciation of his influence on
me over 20 years ago and to pass on to his soldier son.

…captured the essence of providing material
that not only helps us remember what soldier and civilian patriots have done
for our great nation, but also how we can put in action our plan to be more
patriotic.

I stood beside a soldier as he served our
country with pride. To have our son follow in his father’s footsteps
(serving in Baghdad) is the utmost honor. Patriotism, honor and love of God
is deeply rooted in our family. We appreciate you honoring those who have
served and continue to serve their country. Our nation must stand behind our
soldiers and their families.

Your book help
me learn about the meaning of the riderless horse and to understand better
what it means to be a true patriot of the United States.

As the
brother of a soldier lost in the 911 attack on the Pentagon, I strongly
support the patriotic messages and remembrances of our loved ones and other
soldiers who sacrificed for us as well as the business applications in this
book and Professionalism Under Stress.

Dr. Dyson and Col. Dunn have written an inspirational and moving tribute to
American patriots and of patriotism. Even as American soldiers are again
fighting and making the supreme sacrifice on foreign shores, we need to be
reminded of the ultimate value of sacrifice for the national good, to accord
it the respect it deserves, and to understand clearly its message—that such
sacrifice is the sad and unavoidable cost of the preservation of our
freedoms in a dangerous world.

As an author, trainer, motivational speaker,
and U.S. Marine, I have found Professionalism Under Stress and Patriotism in
Action a cornucopia of insight on how to take command of one’s life and
destiny. And, I support the call to action to do our best as patriots and
professionals.
John O’Malley Board member, Alabama Veterans Memorial President, Strategic Visions
America’s
youth should undoubtedly read this book. Not only is it informative, but
insightful to faculties that be—those upheld by our forefathers and to be
preserved by those of us now who truly cherish being an American.
